The Housing Authority of the City of San Diego (Housing Authority) consists of the nine members of the San Diego City Council. The Housing Authority has final authority over SDHC’s budget and major policy changes. The actions of the seven-member SDHC Board of Commissioners are advisory to the Housing Authority. SDHC Board of Commissioners

The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) Board of Commissioners meets in person. Members of the public who wish to provide Non-Agenda Public Comments or comments on items on the agenda should attend the meeting in person and complete and submit a written speaker slip on the day of the meeting before the item on which they wish to speak is called. Public Comments may also be submitted in writing through an online webform, through the comments on this page, or by U.S. mail. Written comments received by 4 p.m. the business day before the SDHC Board meeting date will be distributed to the SDHC Board members and posted on SDHC’s website with the meeting materials.
